Mind is the instrument in hand, it is our choice to manage the string not too loose, not too tight, but just right -  Emotions are energy too, when they flow the most they hurt the least. We can not accept any kind of disharmony, whenever we are in such situations we try to over come it by one or the other means. Because disharmony cant be accepted and it is not our nature. Any thing causes disharmony that causes anxiety and tension. When we feel that nobody loves or respects us what should we do?

When you feel none loves you, better you respect everyone, accept everyone, love everyone beyond limitations and boundaries. What you give will comes back. When you love others, the love comes back to you. When you start accepting people as they are, you start recognising that people have started accepting you.  Don't look for anyone's permission, authority or approval to express your love and acceptance. Rain your love all around, let it spread. Love means, to love without expecting any returns. Your expectation in no more than to love, to be honest in that act.  Radiate love so that when people come, they should feel that love, experience that love. As, a piece of paper catches fire when it is kept near fire, people should experience love when they come near to you. This is how you can transform the world around you.  When you transform the world around you with love and acceptance what recognise is nothing but peace.

One day, I was walking through the walking paths of woods of the ashrama. It was a gorgeous evening; Sun was preparing to set. Suddenly, there was a big snake in front of me. I had almost stepped on, no one around and this could be painful death. I was paralyzed by fear, my body had broken into a sweat, my heart was beating to pop out.  But then, suddenly Guruji came and he dared to have a glance at the snake. Surprisingly, he claimed, “Devadutta, it is a rope. That snake is  a rope”. Now I realized I am safe and free from the fear of the snake. I can encounter this false snake for years after year.
